Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Promptarium, the web app at promptarium.app for making images and videos with AI models and for browsing its prompt library ("Promptarium", "we", "us"). By creating an account or starting a plan you agree to them. Questions go to karimelgendy3@gmail.com.

Who can use Promptarium

You must be at least 18 years old to make an account. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it, so keep the Google account you sign in with secure. One account per person.

What Promptarium is

Promptarium is an independent studio that lets you use third-party AI models, such as models from Google, OpenAI, ByteDance and Kuaishou, through their official APIs. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies. Their own terms and safety filters also apply to what you generate, and which models are available can change over time.

Plans, credits and payments

• Promptarium is sold as monthly plans. Your plan renews automatically every month on the day you started it, until you cancel, and each payment adds that month's credits to your balance.
• You can also buy credits once, in any amount ("custom"). That is a single payment and never renews.
• You can cancel at any time: sign in at whop.com with the email you paid with, open Orders, choose your Promptarium plan and press Cancel membership, or email us and we'll do it. Your plan then stays active until the end of the month you've paid for and you won't be charged again.
• Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Whop, and Whop's terms apply to the payment itself.
• If a renewal payment fails, Whop may try again. If it can't be collected, your plan ends and no more credits are added.
• Each generation costs the number of credits shown before you confirm it. If a generation fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically.
• Credits do not expire while your account is open, even after you cancel your plan. They have no cash value and can't be transferred or resold.
• We may change plan prices and generation prices. A new plan price only applies to your plan after we've told you about it and you've had the chance to cancel. Price changes never affect credits you already have.

Refunds

Refunds work as described in our refund policy.

Acceptable use

You must follow our acceptable use policy. Every prompt and every reference image is checked by an automated moderation system before it is sent to a model, and anything that breaks the rules is blocked and not charged. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break the rules. Credits spent on prohibited content are not refunded. We report content involving the abuse of minors to the authorities.

Your content

You keep the rights to your prompts, your uploads and the images and videos you make, as far as the law and the model makers' terms allow, and you can use them for personal and commercial projects. You give us a limited permission to store and process your content only so we can run the service for you. You must have the rights to anything you upload, including the consent of any person shown in a reference photo. AI output can be inaccurate or similar to other people's output, so check it before you rely on it.

The prompt library

The prompt library shows prompts that creators shared publicly, each credited to its creator and linked to the original post where we have it. Prompts are shown for reference and learning. If you made a prompt and want it credited differently or removed, email karimelgendy3@gmail.com and we will do it.

The service

Promptarium is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or error free, and we may change or remove features.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time by emailing karimelgendy3@gmail.com, and closing it also cancels your plan. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the acceptable use policy, and accounts with a payment dispute are suspended while it is reviewed.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Using Promptarium after a change means you accept the new terms.
