How do credits work?
Every model shows its price in credits before you press generate. Credits come from your plan each month, or from a custom purchase, and they never expire.
Plan or custom?
Plans give you more credits per dollar and refill every month. Custom is one payment for exactly the amount you need, handy for a single project or a top-up when your plan runs low.
How do I cancel?
From the account menu in the studio, which links to your plan on Whop. It runs to the end of the month you paid for, then stops. Your credits stay.
What if a generation fails?
Its credits go straight back to your balance, automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for unused credits within 14 days of a payment. Forgot to cancel before a renewal? Email us within 14 days. Details are in the refund policy.
Who handles the payment?
Whop processes every payment, so your card details never touch promptarium. Any sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
